On March 3, 2026, a meeting was held at ALT University with representatives of the “DIALOG” Union of Translators, during which a cooperation agreement was signed to strengthen collaboration in educational, cultural, and professional fields. The strategic partnership aims to create conditions for implementing joint initiatives in creative technologies, digital solutions, and the development of professional competencies.
Among the proposed initiatives is the establishment of a Creative Technologies Academy covering digital storytelling, illustration and animation, 3D modeling and visual effects (VFX), VR/AR and interactive media, as well as the application of AI technologies in creative industries. The partners also plan to establish an Alibaba Digital & AI Innovation Center focused on artificial intelligence solutions, AI-Generated Content (AIGC), and digital design. In addition, a Center for Language and Academic Studies with AI integration is planned to introduce AI tools into the educational process.
In the academic sphere, cooperation will include the development and implementation of joint programs, courses, and practice-oriented modules, as well as the organization of seminars, master classes, expert lectures, online courses, and distance learning formats. It also provides for the development of digital educational platforms, the preparation of teaching materials, as well as internships, practical training, and professional development programs.
In the field of research and innovation, the parties intend to implement joint national and international projects, establish innovation hubs, and conduct expert and analytical activities.
A separate focus will be placed on the development of intercultural communication and creative competencies. This includes the promotion of national cultures and languages through digital technologies, the organization of cultural and educational exchanges, and the hosting of joint festivals and educational initiatives.
