On December 19, 2023, at the National Defense University named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy (Astana), a successful defense of a doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty “Military History” was held by our colleague, senior lecturer at the Institute of Military Affairs, Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Kudabaev Bolat Kalkhayuly, on the topic: “The history of initial military training in Kazakhstan: experience and prospects of development”.
By the decision of the Dissertation Council of the National Defense University named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, senior lecturer at the Institute of Military Affairs, Reserve Lieutenant Colonel Kudabaev B.K. was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), specialty “Military History”.
