At the initiative of Almaty Management University (AlmaU), a large-scale event for students and teachers titled “Holistic Human: Education and Personal Development in the 21st Century” was held from November 17 to 27, 2025.
The event took place in a TED-style format, where participants shared their ideas, life experiences, motivational thoughts, and inspiring stories from the stage.
The main goal of the “Holistic Human: Education and Personal Development in the 21st Century” project is to support the comprehensive development of the modern individual, as well as to carry out educational and informational activities aimed at fostering the harmonious unity of heart, mind, and will.
ALT University students — Adilkhan Arlan (KG-24-6k), Asanyazuly Rasul (IS-25-2k), and Kenesbaeva Aiym (IS-25-1k) — prepared meaningful and insightful presentations on the topic “The Future Doesn’t Arrive — We Create It.” Their speeches successfully revealed the essence and importance of the event, leaving a strong impression on the audience. Academic supervisors: PhD in Pedagogy Feruza Ibragimovna Smailova and senior lecturer Nurgul Madeniet.
The students’ work was highly praised for its depth, relevance, and creativity.
At the end of the event, active participants were awarded special certificates for their contributions, initiative, and valuable ideas.
The event, organized within the framework of the “Holistic Human” concept, made a significant contribution to the personal development of students, the improvement of their leadership skills, and the enhancement of creative thinking.
