On May 14, active students of ALT University, together with employees of JSC “NC “KTZ”, took part in a tree-planting event at Otar station as part of the national environmental campaign “Taza Qazaqstan”.
Caring for nature is a true reflection of concern for the future. Every planted tree is an important contribution to a greener environment, clean air, and a prosperous future for the next generations. This initiative not only helps foster environmental awareness among young people but also strengthens their sense of social responsibility.
During the event, participants emphasized the importance of environmental protection and demonstrated that preserving nature is a shared responsibility of every citizen. In addition, this meaningful initiative contributed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 13 — “Climate Action”,
SDG 15 — “Life on Land”.
