On March 2, 2026, the faculty of the “General Engineering” Department visited the “Tselinny” Center of Contemporary Culture. This event was organized as part of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 3: “Good Health and Well-being.”
The realization of SDG 3 implies not only physical health but also psychological well-being, which is unattainable without cultural enrichment and a change of scenery. For engineering faculty, such visits provide:
- Prevention of Emotional Burnout: Shifting focus from technical charts and formulas to visual arts.
- Integration of Science and Art: Searching for new forms of inspiration for the educational process.
- Strengthening Team Spirit: Informal communication among colleagues in an intellectual environment.
During the visit, the professors explored current exhibitions that combine contemporary art and urbanism. Special attention was paid to how architectural and engineering solutions influence the perception of space and a person’s internal state.
The visit to “Tselinny” allowed the “General Engineering” department team to recharge and gain creative energy for further scientific and pedagogical activities. The University continues to support initiatives aimed at the harmonious personal development of its staff.
