A new episode of the podcast featuring Darkhan Imanashev, Chairman of the Board of NC “KazAutoZhol” JSC, has been released on the YouTube channel of ALT University founder Gulzana Serikova.
NC “KazAutoZhol” JSC is one of the country’s key national companies responsible for the development of Kazakhstan’s road infrastructure. During the conversation, issues regarding the organization of the road sector were raised: who is responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of highways, what modern approaches are being applied in the industry today, and what large-scale infrastructure projects are being implemented in different regions of the country. Special attention was paid to the development of transport infrastructure and the company’s strategic plans for the coming years.
The segment dedicated to career opportunities for young people was of particular interest. The interview discussed issues of graduate employment, the in-demand skills and competencies required for a modern specialist in road construction, project management, digitalization, and engineering. It also covered the prospects opening up for young personnel at NC “KazAutoZhol” JSC and why the industry today especially needs proactive and professional specialists of the new generation.

As a reminder, on January 31, 2026, a strategic meeting with the Chairman of the Board of NC “KazAutoZhol” JSC, Darkhan Imanashev, was held at the Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev ALT University. The key event was the official opening of the NC “KazAutoZhol” JSC Training Center, created in partnership with ALT University.
