“DOMBYRA ART” Club is a student organization aimed at developing students’ creative potential, promoting Kazakh traditional art, and providing professional-level mastery of the dombra.

Purpose

• To increase interest in Kazakh traditional art;
• To develop students’ creative abilities;
• To improve dombra performance skills;
• To cultivate stage culture and performance etiquette.

Main Objectives

• To organize meetings with renowned composers and performers;
• To teach folk and contemporary kuy compositions;
• To master technical methods of playing the dombra;
• To participate in university, city, and national events;
• To develop and implement an annual activity plan.

Rights

• To be elected to the club leadership;
• To receive necessary information;
• To use university instruments and facilities;
• To request exemption from classes during event preparations.

Responsibilities

• To comply with club regulations;
• To complete planned activities on time;
• To ensure the safety and proper use of musical instruments.
