Help Desk – The Help Desk provides fast and high-quality informational, consultative, and administrative support in line with the university’s service standards. Students can receive assistance with submitting and receiving medical certificates, obtaining transcripts and enrollment verification letters, and resolving other academic process–related inquiries. Help Desk staff also help students navigate university procedures and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Our mission is to ensure the timely processing of student requests, improve the accessibility and convenience of service-related support, and facilitate coordinated interaction between students and the university’s structural units.
