Code of Corporate Culture
This Code is introduced with the aim of developing and strengthening the corporate culture and behavior of the faculty and staff of the joint-stock company “ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev” (hereinafter referred to as “ALT University JSC”).
The Code of Corporate Culture for the faculty and staff of ALT University is aimed at creating a favorable moral and psychological climate within «ALT University».
The Code contains rules and standards of behavior that apply to all members of the «ALT University» collective, regardless of their position, status, or location—both within and outside of «ALT University».
The main goal of implementing all norms of this Code is to strengthen the corporate culture of the academic community and enhance the authority of the faculty and staff of «ALT University».
Each faculty member and staff of «ALT University, by strictly» adhering to the norms of this Code, contributes to enhancing its image and business reputation.
Faculty and staff of «ALT University» must be familiarized with this Code within the first month of their employment, regardless of their position within «ALT University».
Familiarization with and compliance with the basic requirements of this Code by employees are monitored by the heads of higher management units of «ALT University».
Corporate culture is a system of common social interests, beliefs, behavioral norms, attitudes, and values that serve as rules and standards defining how people should behave at «ALT University».
Corporate spirit is a collective “self” that unites the individual characteristics of the «ALT University» collective through mechanisms of self-identification, cohesion, awareness of shared goals of the academy, harmonization of relationships between personal and common goals, leading to overall success.
The corporate style of «ALT University» is formed based on its mission, strategic goals, and objectives in accordance with the fundamental principles of corporate culture.
External signs of corporate style are expressed in the corporate symbolism of the academy (color, logo, flag, emblem, anthem, corporate clothing, insignia, and other elements), reflected in the visual perception of objects (buildings and structures) and subjects of «ALT University» (corporate media and websites), publications, and informational messages.
Image refers to the internal (existing in the consciousness of the «ALT University» collective) and external (existing in the consciousness of clients, partners, government authorities, and civil society entities) representation of «ALT University».
Business ethics is a set of ethical norms and principles that guide the collective of «ALT University in its activities».
Business etiquette is the conduct of «ALT University» employees, including a system of regulated behavioral rules in various business situations, including business correspondence, professional communication, recruitment, and addressing management, characterized by formality, restraint, and neatness.
Conflict of interest is a situation where a choice must be made between the interests of the collective as a whole and the interests of an individual subject or group of subjects involved in corporate relations.
