On May 23-24, 2024, a meeting of the commission for the job placement of young specialists was held at ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev. The event was organized by the Career Development Office of the Department of Corporate Cooperation at ALT.
During the meeting, representatives from various enterprises had the opportunity to individually meet with graduates, conduct interviews, and select candidates for employment. Among the participating companies were JSC “NC “KTZ”, JSC “Vagonservice”, LLP “ShyngarTrans”, LLP “Integra Construction KZ” – “Southern Directorate”, Air Energi Caspian (AIRSWIFT brand), Wabtec Corporation, JSC “DTJ”, LLP “Electric Locomotive Assembly Plant”, Almaty Post Office Branch of JSC “Kazpost”, LLP Arena S, LLP “IFC COLOS”, LLP “UBM GROUP”, LLP “Asstra Almaty”, LLP “Amperel”, LLP “TL NIKA GROUP”, GKP PHV “Metropolitan”, JSC “SP “Akbastau”, JSC “Ulba Metallurgical Plant”, LLP “InterService”, LLP “Almatyelectrotrans”, JSC “Kazakhtelecom”, and others.
The commission meeting became an effective platform for exchanging information and finding promising young specialists. Graduates were able to present their resumes, demonstrate their skills, and receive valuable advice on further professional development. Employers, in turn, were able to select the best candidates who met their requirements and standards.
