From October 28 to November 1, an innovation week was held at the department of “ATS and BZD”. During which all teachers demonstrated their innovative techniques.
Innovative teaching methods in Нigher education are becoming an integral part of the educational process, helping to improve the quality of education and adapt students to a rapidly changing world. One of the main advantages of innovative methods is their ability to make learning more interactive and engaging. Traditional lectures, in which the teacher acts as the sole source of knowledge, often lead to passive perception of information.
While innovative approaches such as project-based learning, case methods and active work allow students to actively participate in the process, developing critical thinking and practical skills. For example, project-based learning gives students the opportunity to work on real-world problems, which not only deepens their understanding of the subject matter but also builds teamwork and problem-solving skills.
In addition, innovative teaching methods help students develop key competencies necessary for a successful career in modern conditions. Self-organization, critical thinking and creativity skills are becoming increasingly important in a world where information is updated at an incredible speed.
Teachers of the department of “ATS and BJD” conduct classes using new technologies and methods and note that not all students are equally receptive to innovation, which leads to an uneven level of mastery of the material. Therefore, it is important, in addition to introducing and using innovative teaching methods, to create a supportive environment where every student can adapt to changes.
In conclusion, innovative teaching methods play a key role in transforming higher education. They make training more relevant, interactive and oriented to the needs of the labor market. Despite existing challenges, these methods open up new opportunities for students and teachers, contributing to the formation of a more dynamic and adaptive educational environment.
The use of innovative methods at the university is a step towards a future where every student will be able to realize their potential and prepare for the challenges of the 21st century.
