As part of their educational practice, first-year students of the Finance Educational Program visited Keremet Su SKE enterprise on an educational excursion. The main objective of the visit was to strengthen students’ theoretical knowledge through practical exposure and to familiarize them with the operations of a modern domestic manufacturing company, including its production and financial management processes.
During the excursion, the students explored the enterprise’s production facilities, key stages of the manufacturing process, product quality control system, and modern technologies used in production. Company representatives provided detailed information about the plant’s operations, production management practices, efficient resource utilization, and the importance of financial planning in ensuring sustainable business development.
Particular attention was given to the financial aspects of enterprise management. Students gained valuable insights into financial resource management, cost planning, product cost formation, and the role of financial departments in improving organizational performance. The visit enabled participants to observe the practical application of concepts studied in the classroom and to better understand the relationship between production and financial processes within a company.
Such educational activities contribute to the development of professional competencies, broaden students’ perspectives, and help build practical skills that are essential for their future careers.
At the end of the visit, students had the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with company specialists on various aspects of production and financial management.
We express our sincere gratitude to the team of Keremet Su SKE for their warm hospitality, willingness to share their experience, and the informative excursion.
