In the period from August 16 to 18, a summer school was held at the Academy of Logistics and Transport, the purpose of which is to create a platform for the development of professional skills, improving the effectiveness of academic policy and the qualifications of the teaching staff and staff of the Academy.
More than 130 teachers and staff of the Academy took part in the “High professional week”. The summer school was actively attended by representatives of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a representative of Clarivate in the countries of the Central Asian region, an expert on scientometry and training resources, a representative of the research department of Narkhoz University, a Professor of practice at Almau, the founder of the Data Science Academy school, a coach in speech technique and staging voices “ORATORICAL ART”,”National Scientific Center for the Development of the sphere of Social Protection” of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which touched upon a number of topical issues, such as: “PUBLICATION OF ARTICLES IN INTERNATIONAL JOURNALS. BEST PRACTICES AND RECOMMENDATIONS”, “IS THIS A PREDATOR, OR HOW TO IDENTIFY A DUBIOUS MAGAZINE?”, “IMPROVING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: IT TOOLS AND OPTIMIZING THE WORK OF TEACHERS”, “INCLUSION IN UNIVERSITIES”, “PUBLIC SPEAKING”.
“High professional week” this year was unique in that it was attended by the most famous and authoritative speakers, business coaches and coaches, who paid special attention to the formation of new pedagogical, digital and psychological skills, communication, team building, interactive games and discussions in project groups.
It is worth noting that the summer school has become an excellent springboard for the personal growth of teachers and the exchange of experience, ideas in working with students.
