On October 4, a leadership lecture for students was held in the new Coworking center, which was conducted by Talgat Sagievich Aldybergenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of «NC «KTZ» JSC, and Saken Maratovich Rakhmetov, Director of the Trunk Network Directorate of «NC «KTZ» JSC. Both speakers shared their many years of experience in the transport industry in Kazakhstan, discussing the importance of setting goals and achieving them in life and career. Aldybergenov T.A., with more than 26 years of leadership experience in the transport industry, told students about his career path, starting from a commodity cashier on the railway to key management positions in KTZ. He emphasized that perseverance and determination play an important role on the path to success. Rakhmetov S.M. focused on innovation and modernization of the railway network infrastructure. He told how the introduction of automated management systems and new approaches to warehouse logistics increase the company’s operating efficiency. This lecture was a unique opportunity for students to interact directly with industry leaders and ask questions about career development and strategies for success in large companies like KTZ.
