On March 04 of this year, the University hosted a meeting of Bakytzhan Bukharbay, a well-known publisher, founder of the amalbooks publishing house, with students. The meeting was held in the format of a round table, in a free form as an interview. The main theme of the meeting was the publication of a book translated into Kazakh, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpayev’s work “history of the Kazakh people”. This work of Alash arys, leading engineer, historian M. Tynyshpayev is a valuable heritage that tells about the history of the country.
They also discussed the role of reading in society, the importance of human development and education. Bakytzhan Bukharbay also spoke about his activities and work in the field of publishing. It was also noted that world literature and works in various fields are translated into Kazakh and are aimed at young readers. We can say that the meeting was very useful for students.
