In order to provide psychological assistance to students, on November 28, 2024, the day of psychological assistance “PSYCHO EXPRESS ALT” was held at the “ALT University”. Leading psychologists-specialists of Almaty, working in various areas of psychotherapy and psychological counseling, were invited to the University. Specialists provided anonymous assistance to each student. The “PSYCHO EXPRESS ALT” project is aimed at improving the psycho-emotional state, mood, and mental health of students. Students learned to develop self-control skills based on internal personal resources, overcome learning difficulties and social-emotional problems, self-develop and have a positive attitude towards the world.
