Almaty, March 12, 2026, 11:00 AM, The conference hall of ALT University hosted the grand opening of the student exhibition “Photo Exhibition and Art Projects on Nature and Endangered Species.” The event was organized by the Department of Architectural and Construction Engineering under the leadership of Senior Lecturers D.A. Orazbayeva and A.G. Moldaganapova. The participants included students from the academic groups AZS, KG, and SPGS-23-24-k.
The hallmark of the exhibition was the synthesis of ecology and cutting-edge technology. Students presented creative works with concepts visualized using Artificial Intelligence (AI). This innovative approach allowed future architects and urban planners to move beyond traditional design boundaries, creating futuristic imagery where urban environments and the wildlife of Kazakhstan coexist in perfect harmony.
The opening ceremony was attended by university leadership, faculty, and students.
- B. Murzalina, Head of the Department, delivered the welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of integrating the United Nations SDG 15 into the educational process.
- Senior Lecturer Orazbayeva Dinara Abdoldayevna presented the project’s concept, highlighting that the use of AI is a deliberate step toward mastering the professional tools of the future.
The exposition garnered significant interest: attendees observed how endangered symbols of Kazakhstan’s Red Book can be integrated into architectural forms and “green” technologies. The event concluded with a commemorative group photo, symbolizing the unity of technology, creativity, and environmental responsibility.
