On July 1, 2026, the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially came into force. For the youth, this is not merely a major state milestone, but a powerful sign that the nation continues to move forward, effectively responding to modern global shifts and structuring the foundations of tomorrow.
As a student and an activist, I believe that the Constitution is a document that establishes not only the framework of the state, but also the core values upon which our society is engineered. Respect for the rule of law, accountability, justice, solidarity, and a relentless drive for progress remain essential benchmarks for every citizen.
Today, young people are deeply engaged in public life, executing personal initiatives, participating in volunteer tracks, and pioneering innovative concepts and projects. Consequently, it is uniquely vital to feel a sense of belonging to the transformations sweeping our country and to embrace our personal responsibility for the future of Kazakhstan.
The new Constitution reflects a strong commitment to consolidating the state, cultivating civil society, and creating an enabling environment for individual self-actualization. For my generation, this is an outstanding opportunity to be active drivers of positive reform rather than mere bystanders.
I am confident that our country’s success heavily relies on its youth — their knowledge, proactivity, work ethic, and dedication to serving the community. That is why today it is absolutely critical not to stand on the sidelines, but to actively contribute to the continuous development of Kazakhstan.
