An unusual and very warm training for male employees was held on the eve of May 7. The training covered important topics: how to cope with stress, relieve tension and find time for yourself without losing your sense of humor and dignity.

In the format of an interactive game, participants:

▪ learned how the body and thoughts react to stress,

▪ shared their male recovery methods,

▪ tried relaxation techniques and humorous tasks,

▪ received a boost of positivity, respect and support.
