On April 17, a training was held dedicated to a topic that worries many students — anxiety.

In a cozy, trusting atmosphere, participants shared their experiences, learned to recognize anxious thoughts and not fall into the traps of thinking.

Through exercises, examples and game elements, they explored:

  • How to distinguish a real problem from imaginary fears
  • How anxiety works and why do we need it at all
  • What techniques help to “ground” and calm down in a difficult moment
