On March 13, 2025, a training session was held with students of the University “I am the most…”.
The purpose of the training session was:
- Developing self-confidence and inner core
 - Techniques for managing fears and doubts
 - Practices for working with self-esteem and acceptance
 
The following exercises were conducted with the training participants:
- Funny ball
 - Steps
 - Queen of the day
 - My name
 - Compliments
 
All exercises were aimed at supporting the emotional state, increasing self-confidence and developing self-perception.
