On March 13, 2025, a training session was held with students of the University “I am the most…”.

The purpose of the training session was:

  • Developing self-confidence and inner core
  • Techniques for managing fears and doubts
  • Practices for working with self-esteem and acceptance

The following exercises were conducted with the training participants:

  • Funny ball
  • Steps
  • Queen of the day
  • My name
  • Compliments

All exercises were aimed at supporting the emotional state, increasing self-confidence and developing self-perception.
