Graduate of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from Silkway International University.
- From 2022 to 2025, she worked as a psychologist in the Service for Educational and Social Work with Students and Graduates of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.
- In 2025, she was appointed Head of the Inclusive Education and Mental Health Office at ALT University named after M. Tynyshpayev.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
For her work, she was awarded letters of gratitude (AUPES named after G.Daukeyev, ALMAYU, KBTU, SDU, KazNPU named after Abay, KazNU named after Al-Farabi, KazNITU named after K.Satpayev, ALT University named after M.Tynyshpayev, AGA, KNK named after Kurmangazy, etc.).
- Awarded a Letter of Gratitude Rector of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory for the 80th anniversary of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.
- She has been awarded more than 15 letters of gratitude for her participation in the country’s public life, for her work, and for her work at the city and national levels in science and education.
Purpose of Activity
The Mental Health Office of ALT University was established to help students develop emotional resilience and readiness for professional and personal life. Its work is aimed at fostering a culture of mental well-being and strengthening cooperation among students, faculty, administration, and parents.
Mission of the Office
We provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where every student can openly discuss personal or academic challenges that affect their emotional state and academic performance.
Common issues addressed include difficulties in relationships, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem and self-perception, inner tension, panic attacks, addictions, and feelings of loneliness.
Main Objectives
• Development of students’ personal potential: cognitive interests, abilities, and motivation for self-development;
• Implementation of educational and awareness programs on mental and physical health, including for students with special educational needs;
• Individual psychological counseling for students, faculty, and university staff;
• Support in creating inclusive conditions for students with disabilities and special educational needs;
• Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and encouragement of students’ participation in sports and wellness activities.
Key Areas of Activity
- Practical Area: conducting individual and group counseling sessions, preventive and developmental training for students, faculty, and parents.
- Research Area: implementation of projects and psychodiagnostic studies aimed at assessing and strengthening students’ mental health.
- Educational and Applied Area: improving the psychological competence of faculty and staff through seminars, workshops, and professional development programs.
