Digitalization at ALT University
To enhance the quality of education, ALT University has implemented modern digital systems:
- Platonus Information System(https://platonus.alt.edu.kz/), which includes:
- Student administration;
- Support for academic processes and online learning;
- Platonus Student mobile application;
- Student portal with access to syllabi, elective course registration, academic plans, and virtual classrooms;
- Electronic gradebook;
- Class schedule module;
- Internal messaging and assignment system;
- Testing module (creation, administration, results, and appeals).
- Platonus Academy Information System(https://platonus.academy/) is designed to automate online learning, offering tools for creating and managing courses. This supports the optimization of the educational process and improves access to learning content.
- Aero Exam Online Proctoring System:
- Student identity verification;
- Monitoring of screen activity, movement, and speech during the test;
- Generation of detailed reports and identification of violations.
- Electronic Document Management – Documentolog (https://altedu.documentolog.kz/)providing:
- Online interaction between departments;
- Contract management with students and staff;
- HR applications;
- Document exchange with government agencies and organizations.
