In the large conference hall of the Academy of Logistics and Transport, on March 17, 2023, a master class was held for the students of the Academy on the topic “Body-Oriented Psychology. General Methods” with a practical psychologist, kinesiologist, trainer of the “Kazakh Psychological Society”, as well as a member of the “Association of Professional Kinesiology” Kulseitova Akmaral Kaldybayeva. During the master class, the participants asked many additional questions that arise in their daily lives, to which the speaker gave answers and advice on solving these problems.
The speaker of the master class Kulseitova A. K. in her speech spoke about the balance between body and mind, coordination and healing of a person. Analyzing the movements of a person, we can get a picture of the physical and psycho-emotional state of a person.
