GOAL 8 – DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

ALT University actively supports initiatives aimed at developing students’ professional skills, fostering a startup culture, promoting digital transformation, and ensuring sustainable employment.

Various activities are held: training courses, specialized classes at department branches, annual job fairs, internships, interactive meetings with employers, and guest lectures.

ALT University also ensures sustainable employment and professional development for its faculty and staff. As part of its internal policy to promote decent work, the University implements:

Professional development and retraining programs, support for academic mobility, incentive programs — performance-based rewards, career growth system, digitalization of work processes, and comfortable working and recreational conditions.
